TIGER BALM® lotion is the liquid version of TIGER BALM® Red. It is recommended for massage before or after exercise.

Directions for use:
Apply locally 3 to 4 times a day. Massage gently in a circular motion until completely absorbed. Do not use in conjunction with hot water bottles or heating pads.
